AMO, I seem to remember that you said you had a V3x

    So..Settings - Call Divert - Voice Calls

Wait for it to show Divert:If Unavailable To:Voicemail and then hit the
right arrow on the 4-way thingy.

You will then be presented with a detailed breakdown of the divert..and at
the bottom...the delay time in seconds!

Thanx John. I always thought that VoiceMail timeout was controlled by the
    network.

Nice to know I can control this from my phone. Sounds cr*p, but I wanted to
change the length of time before divert to accommodate a 30 second ring
    tone! ;0)

I really like the V3X. Very nice phone. The software is also fantastic
although it would have been nice to be able use modeless dialogue boxes when
sending texts. I also don't think I am able to assign different ring tones
depending on the caller. Otherwise, its a fine phone.

Edit the contact and scroll down near the bottom and there is a section
called Ringer ID...where you can set individual ringtones per contact!

Not sure what you mean by "modeless dialogue boxes"
