News: HTC Merge launching May 31 with US Cellular

US Cellular customers may soon see the launch of the HTC Merge. The Merge is said to be launching on May 31, the end of this month, according to Android Central and will cost $149.99 after a $100 mail in rebate and a new two year contract with US Cellular.

The launch seems pretty near for the US Cellular HTC Merge as the above photo is an official press shot, which tells us that this handset will be out within a week. Features of the HTC Merge will include: an 800 MHz processor, a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen, a full physical side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 5 MP camera with 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, and GPS.
