Attivazione problemi

Hi I am having some activation issues. I have searched the internet and this forum and have not really found anything solid to what my problem is. I have service through Verizon and I recently broke my phone. Fortunately for me my wife's boss had some extra Verizon phones that he had bought for his guys out in the field. Now he did buy this phone from a Verizon store that I assume had one time been a Alltel store. Here is the deal its a Motorola RAZR that has Verizon software and a Verizon logo yet when I took it in to be activated they would not do it because of the ESN. Poi, prova a andare a prendere una ragione dettagliato il motivo per cui non è possibile accendere il telefono per voi. Potrebbe essere tecnico, potrebbe essere perché il Boss segnalato smarrimento / furto, potrebbe essere ancora attaccato al suo conto in qualche modo.

Hai tentato di attivarlo online attraverso MyVerizon? Se è così, MyVerizon può dare un motivo in più dettagliata sul motivo per cui non può essere attivato.
