Free Virgin Mobile K7 Rave Tones.

Is there anyway i could get free ringtones for my friend's Kyocera K7 Rave on Virgin Mobile, because they keep ripping her off and not sendin her the tone but she still has to pay $2.00. Thanx.

you should complain to virgin mobile. Did they have anything to say about her not getting the ringtones?

yeah, she had her mom call up and they sent her a new phone. something was wrong with the phone and the new one is able to get them.

good thing everything was straightened out. this is the first time i've heard of any problem like that. concerning the virgin mobile + kyocera phone combo.

yea, it was probably just a bad phone with that minor defect. and she didnt have to pay anything so everything was cool.

If you have a K7 rave, go into "messages" and then "virgin alerts" and you will probably see "load new ringtone".... just click "ok". When you order a ringtone through VM, if you dont get the first message, that is where the ringtone lives for 72 hrs. If after 72 hours the ringtone is still not successfully downloaded the money is credited back to the account automatically...
