    it does just make the mp3s in mono and 16kps and rename them from something.mp3 to something.mid and they would play normally

    The 7135 Smartphone has built in MP3 player, also the Slider Remix are two that do.

    It depends which phone you're talking about. It isn't official, but the SE47 does support MP3s.
