Internet

I need some help connecting to the internet on my phone. Of course i would prefer to do it for free. I've tried changing the ip and port, along with my Brew URL (homepage?). I've tried a couple different ip's and ports, mostly found on this site. Am i doing something wrong. When i try to enter my browser, it says service not availible. The current settins are:
ip - 207.232.99.109
port - 9201

Any help would be awesome.

Ok, dude, 1st of all, Wireless Internet is called WAP. If free WAP isn't working for you, then you might be out of the WAP gateway's range. If you have Virgin Mobile then your tost. If you want WAP bad, then go to google and do a search for WAP tunnel, and that will tell you the correct Ports and all. Hope I was helpful
