    I just got a new kyocera phantom, and the banner across the top of the main screen is the name of my service provider. I can't change it in the display menu. Does any one know how to get into the program menus to change that. Thank you

    The way I change it is Menu > Settings > Display > My Banner > Edit

    Have you tried this already?
