Kyocera SOHO Kx1 Direct Download Disabled

Hi, does anyone know the programing code of the SOHO Kx1, every time I try to download a ringtone it says: "Direct Download Disabled". I guess that was the stupid service provider here in Venezuela.

Any help?

The 111111 code dosent work.
It dosent have a OK button Either.
