New Virgin K9. Downloaded a ringtone about 2 days ago. And after many attempts I was finally able to connect to VirginXtras on the phone today. No problem anywhere after that. But when I choose to load the ringtone it keeps giving me the "network gremlins" thing. Even when I have full service. I have tried numerous times throughout the day to load it with the same problem. But Ive still been able to connect to VirginXtras on the phone all the while. Do I need to buy the tone again? Or do I need to just keep waiting? Getting frustrated with all these problems. Thanks for any help!
