    I am trying to connect a K414 and K404 to my pc using Bitpim 0.7.33 and a usb cable. Bitpim never see the phone. I am able to use Datapilot and the phone connects just fine. I want to return the $$$ Datapilot and use the FREE Bitpim if I can. Anyone have any ideas?

    I guess there is no support for the KX414 in bitpim, I also have had problems with it recognizing my phone.

    I have the same problem

    I have been having the same problem. Asking around I have found that bitpim probably isnt compatible with the K414. But on the off chance that it may help someone, have you tried changing the com port?
