Here is my problem, one day I woke up and my phone was froze, just on my dresser, froze. The phone will do anything until it gets completely loaded call or anything but after about 60-90 seconds until what you think would be about where it is completely loaded, it freezes and will do nothing. Take the battery out and does the same thing over and over. The Us Cellular tech says that it is moisture damage, but it has never been in water or moisture. Personaly I think it is the programming. Can anyone tell me what is the problem or how I could fix it? Thanks

You could try opening the phone up and letting it dry out for a few days. Then try it again. If that doesn't fix it, you need a new phone.
Don't look for them to subsidize the new one, by the way. Full retail, almost certainly.
