I dont know if you could use a mp3 as a ringtone, I dont think I can and I have a Kyocera KX160. You could use a program to turn a mp3 into a midi or something like that, and you could get a data cable for your phone and software that comes with it and transfer the mp3 to your phone that way.

Re: Kyocera Slider Sonic- MP3=Ringtones??
hey, here are 2 sites I use for my Kyocera Slider Sonic!
This works for all cell phones ~ Free ringtones, Wallpapers, things of that nature. all you need to do is upload whatever you want and they send you a msg on your phone.
I like it alot ^^, dont buy those ****ty ring tones from MTV or off tv that cost 9.99 and say there free, **** them all and have fun with your free stuff
Own Your Phone: Your Music; Your Ringtone - decent, you get a few downloads
Tera-Tones - I prefer this 1 because you can get 30 free downloads for your phone, and you can get more by having people sign up under you. I have 50+ ringtones 23 wallpapers on my phone lol. <3 the Scan Disk Card.
Have fun ppl ^,^.
