Help with the kyocera strobe, and phone internet in general

my first question is if the web browser, or internet ect. is free on a cell phone that has it, or can it be free depending on the phone. Also, on my kyocera strobe, I dont have internet, however i click on web browser, the message shows up " air time fees apply...." i connect but it says call your service provider..., and also says "http error:503 service unavailable". Knowing the fact that i can;t go on the internet on my kyovera strobe cell phone, i clicked on menu and search, and the google web page poped up! I searched sumthing and the search worked, the webpage worked, even though i did not pay for internet, and it said " serivice unavailabe", so my question is if the internet is free on my phone or if somebody made a mistake and gave me internet. Can somebody plz answer these questions, because i dont want to pay for internet and ect...., w/o even knowing i have internet. thanks

Who's your provider? I'm pretty certain you have to pay. I've never heard of cell phone companies letting customers have anything for free. If you want to use the Internet, you might have to call them and add it to your plan.
