Custom rings/wallpapers on a MetroPCS K612 Strobe?

Hi, I have been looking all over for info on this, I have heard yes and no from more sources than I can count.

Will I be able to upload to the phone via bluetooth, or will I have to buy a special cable? What programs will I have to get?

If anyone can help me out here thanks alot in advance.
