Marbl Display Problem

I've had my phone for only about 6-7 months and my screen suddenly started having display problems. Near the center of the display there's a small rash of constant orange pixels, blocking out the text/image behind it. It appears to be spreading. It seriously looks like a little rash. Anyone experience this or know what it is and how to deal with it?
