trying to Download ringtones on my wildcard festival

im using phonezoo and everytime i try to download the ringtones it just pops up with "HTTP:Error: 403 Forbidden" is there any way around this, and what does it even mean? also can anyone suggest a ringtone site? thanks

i do that ...and i do all the steps is says to do, but it still comes up with the error ..my friends say im sapposed to get a text message ..but i dont ...is that because im on VM?

There is no way around this. VM has disabled direct downloads as well as data cables for the Wild Card. This little phone is locked down tightly!

Yep, i've tryed a lot to send ringtones from phonezoo to my Wildcard. Although, it works for my brothers phone, and he has a super slice.

I contacted phonezoo and told them my problem, and they said that some virginmobile phones work, and some don't.

SO if anyone has a Super Slice, phonezoo.com is the place for you. (There might be other phones, but i know the super slice works, and the Wildcard does not.)

Yeah this is frusterating me.

I might get the Shuttle. I'm not sure though.
