Reseting Virgin Mobile Wild Card

I had been having issues with my Wild Card for awhile so I decided to call yesterday and get a replacement. They told me it would be no problem, and I was very excited. I guess I was so excited that I just dropped my phone. Haha So anyway, it broke. Not just a little, but into pieces. I can hold the top half in one hand and the keyboard in the other. (Good thing I had just ordered that replacement, huh?!)

I received my new one about an hour ago, but I realized I have a lot of stuff on my old one that I can't get back. And I can't even see what's on there to transfer it over manually, because my screen obviously won't work. Plus, I have private things on my phone that no one else needs to see.

So, my questions are, is there a way to transfer everything to my new phone and a way to delete and reset everything on my old phone?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks for looking!

There's no way to transfer the purchased stuff because VM disabled the use of data cables in the phone's firmware. You'll simply have to repurchase all your ringtones, graphics, etc. It's a pain, but VM nickels and dimes on everything.
