AmpD Kyocera Jet - Need unlock code

I have an old Kyocera Jet (KX18) cell phone from AmpD mobile; i need to locate a unlock code for the phone in order to get it to work on the verizon network, does anyone have a code for this phone that they can provide for me or know where i can possibly find one, it will be greatly appreciated.
