how do i get music?

please help! how do u get songs from the sd card to the phone? i have tried everything even formating card to phone first?

I don't Know what Phone you have ,but if you have the X-tc or g2go ,or whatever it's kalled ,then the solution is very simple. When you hook your sd card up to any reader it should pop up. There will be a folder that contains two folders within. One will say My Music and the other will say My pictures. Here's the part that had me super pissed fer a minute until i stumbled upon a post that made me feel moronic. When you drag and drop your song ,only drag the songs. if you put an album folder in the My Music folder it wont read the file.. So just highlight the songs ya want and drop em onto the my music folder and poof you have music. You can also put animated gifs onto the sd card in case ya want a screensaver or background form a certain pic file on ya pc.
