reset Kyocera Adreno S240 that is screen locked

ok im new to this im 14 years old and im wonder like i made this new pattern passcode to lock my phone but i forgot it and now im locked out my phone. i called tech support and all them to help me reset it but my phone keeps on saying i have to enter a google account just to unlock it. i did that more than once it didn't work i entered my email address that didnt work so how can i unlock my phone to get rid of this passlock? how can i get rid of it and make my phone go back to normal?

Did you check your Google account to see if they sent you an email?

You can try doing a hard reset, but you will lose everything on the phone, including text messages, pictures, etc.

From what you've said about a Google account and pattern it sounds like it is an Android phone, but the phone in your profile is not an Android.

Can you let us know the correct model of the phone you have?
