Add a Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Tap the “Add contact” icon
  4. Select the account to add the contact to
  5. Enter the contact’s name and phone number in the appropriate fields
  6. Add any additional information as you may see fit (Email, Phonetic name, Address etc.)
  7. When ready tap “Save”

Import SD Card Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Contacts”
  3. Press the “Menu” icon depicting three dots
  4. Tap “Import / Export” > “Import from SD card”
  5. Select the account to import the contacts to
  6. Tap “Import one vCard file”, “Import multiple vCard files" or “Import all vCard files”
  7. Follow the on-screen self-explanatory steps

Export Contacts to SD Card:

  1. Open “Contacts” and press “Menu”
  2. Tap “Import / Export” > “Export to SD Card”
  3. Choose the location to export the file and tap “OK”

Import / Export Contacts (SIM Card):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Contacts” and press “Menu”
  3. Tap “Import / Export”
  4. Select to “Import from SIM card” or “Export to SIM card”
  5. If importing, select the account you want to save the contacts to
  6. When exporting, read the on-screen notice and tap “OK”

Assign a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap the “Dialpad”
  3. Press “Menu” and select “Speed dial setup”
  4. Tap the speed dial slot you want to use
  5. Select the contact you want to associate with the selected speed dial number

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Press the “Menu” icon
  3. Tap “Delete” and press “OK” to confirm

Caller Group Management

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Go to “Groups” and tap “Add Group”
  4. Select the account you want to sync the group to
  5. Enter a name for the group
  6. Tap “Add/remove contacts”
  7. Select the contacts you want to be part of the group and tap “Done”
  8. Optionally select a group “Ringtone” and “Vibration pattern”
  9. When ready, tap “Save”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Tap “Apps” and launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Groups” and select the desired group
  3. Press “Menu” > “Edit”
  4. Tap “Add / remove contacts”
  5. Check the desired contacts and tap “Done” > “Save”
