Block Calls:
- In order to block a call, the phone number needs to be added to your contacts list. Follow this link to learn how you can add a new contact
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Open “Contacts” and select the contact you want to block
- Press the “Menu” button depicting three dots
- Enable the “All calls to voicemail” option
Unblock a Phone Number:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu”
- Clear the check box associated with “All calls to voicemail”
Forward All Calls (Unconditional):
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Tap “Phone”
- Press “Menu” and tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Phone”
- Press “Menu” and tap “Call forwarding”
- Set the device to forward calls “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Press “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” > “Disable”
Optionally, if you are on T-Mobile you can:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap the “Dialpad”
- Tap “##004#” > “Call” to disable all call forwarding
View and Reset the Call Log:
- Tap “Phone”
- Go to “Recent Calls”
- Press “Menu” and tap “Filter by” if you want to sort your call log in a certain way
- To reset the call log, press “Menu” and tap “Clear call log”
- Tap “OK” to confirm
