Block Calls:

  1. To block calls from a phone number, the number must be added to your phonebook first. Check out this thread for instructions on how to create a contact
  2. Open the apps drawer
  3. Launch “Contacts”
  4. Select the contact you want to block
  5. Tap “menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock a Contact / Number:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Clear the “All calls to voicemail” option

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Phone”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Enable”

Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Phone”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter or update the phone number to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Phone”
  3. Tap the “Dialpad”
  4. Dial “##004#” without the quotation marks, and tap “Call”

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recent Calls”
  3. Tap “menu”
  4. Select “Filter by” and choose a filtering option
  5. To reset the call log, tap “menu” in the “Recent Calls” screen
  6. Tap “Clear call log” > “OK”
