LG KG800 Chocolate

Just got the phone and did a review on it on my ringtone-producer site. Nice phone, good features. Anyone else got one? Comments please.

I got one, it's so nice and pretty but it do has some issues...

I can't make the Contents Bank software to connect to the phone, nor the PC Sync, and I don't know why but I can't make the phone to ring with a mp3, even though I set this up, the phone continues to ring with the "Tone 1"

Any suggestions?

I must just add, I've had the phone for about 2-3 weeks now and the battery life is horrible. I'm not even phoning that much and it only lasts about 2 days maximum. I've resolved to charging it whenever I get the chance. Would definately have to get a car charger kit...

how much did you get the fone for? and what carrier are you using? I was thinking of getting that fone but after seeing that it goes for ~400ish on ebay....thinking about changing my mind.

I got it for free on contract from my service provider CellC here in South Africa. You should be able to get it free on contract in most countries.

I've got an option between Lg chocolate and Samsung E900 on my annual contract ...Which one would be a better choice??

I would go for the Samsung, due to the fact that the LG battery doesn't last that long. The Samsung also takes external memory which is a nice addon. It has all the chocolate features and more...

Hey thx for u post, I've actually placed the order for LG ...as it luks more elegant and feminine....But i have decided to try it for a couple of days..i can return it if it doesnt click for me..n then may b lay my hands on E900...
