BITPIM release 9.07 and chocolate?

Has anyone tried this ran into any errors or any major issues? Got my cable ordered and this is my only option to install ringtones so pipe up if you have used it!

My friend just got one, downloaded bitpim and used bluetooth. Have you tried bluetooth?

I had a older version of BITPIM. I just found this release im new to this. I will try bluetooth when i get home. and if that works i guess just use that. cable was 10 bucks guess i could always just keep it incase i need it. thanks.

I read in another thread here that the VX8300 settings worked for the chocolate with bitpim...

I don't use bitpim but that sounded like a helpful piece of info.

Yes BITPIM 9.07 Worked fine for me last night through bluetooth. I tried the 9.04 with the VX8300 and was unable to do this. But im happy now. if someone can just tell me how to delete stock ringtones.

Well, if I were you I'd just forget about using bitpim. I used it for a while with my old phone, but it's incompatible with my new phone and I don't really miss it. Hacking the phone would void your warranties, and there's a good chance of completely screwing up the phone when you mess with its firmware. I don't know anything about phone hacking, but I know it's not worth messing up my phone to be able to use bitpim... sorry.
