Is it bluetooth capable? You can probably transfer files via bluetooth. If not, you could buy a USB cable for it.

i am having same damn problem only had the phone a week but i got all my cables can any one help!!!!!

It's very easy. Via bluetooth you just pair your phone with your bluetooth enabled pc/laptop, then send the mp3 file to your phone, easy as that. IF you have a cable, you can just plug it in and then it will be picked up as a flash drive, enabling you to upload mp3's into your music folder which you can then set as ringers on your phone. Or midi or amr tones into your sounds directory. Very easy!
