So I bought the White Chocolate. I'm hoping it will rock. Couple questions though:
Where is the cheapest place to buy a microSD card?
If I want to make my songs into ringtones do I need the USB cable, or will the chip work?
What other uses does the USB cable have?
Is it worth it to buy the extended life battery?

Re: Chocolate Questions From a New Chocolate Owner
About the ringtones, use the sticky, you can avoid using bitpim and email you ringtone to your phone.
About the MicroSD, They are pretty darn cheap, you can buy even a 1 gig like 50 or 60 at the verizon store...
Extended battery life is necessary if your on your phone freakishly a lot...
The usb cable is pretty much only good for putting your music on your phone..
the MicroSD comes with an adapter that will allow your to put those joke pictures, etc etc on your phone.
Good luck ^_^

Re: Chocolate Questions From a New Chocolate Owner
Verizon uses it's own proprietary music player for the phones.....I was hoping the same thing myself. Cingular has a few phones with the iPod stype software interface on the phone itself......

Re: Chocolate Questions From a New Chocolate Owner
I believe, that you can connect the phone to your laptop via USB, and it detects it as a flash drive of some sort....and you can drag music over to a specific folder. (someone please correct me if I am wrong)

Consider yourself corrected. I have tried all the various configurations I can think of, and my Chocolate will not show up as a drive of any kind. The only way you will get a drive letter is if you put your memory card into a card reader connected to your PC.
