Love the phone, love all the features, hate the idea of no antenna and i hate how the screen gets scratched SO EASILY.. also my phone, maybe its just mine, but mine skips with videos

First, why do you feel the need to have an external antenna? The internal antennas do just as well (if not better) on Verizon's all digital network.

Second, the Chocolate's screen is actually quite scratch resistant (compared to other phones on the market). It is, however, not very "smudge" resistant.

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your White Chocolate. If it is within 15 days of your purchase, (since it came out about 2 weeks ago, that should not be a problem), take it back to the store you bought it from and get a phone that you do like!

How bad is the reception?
