Help with Chocolate phone and videos

I just got my chocolate phone, and the person who sold me the phone said i could transfer videos onto in via usb. The thing is that i don't know what file format it takes. Can someone tell me what file it takes and how to transfer it to the phone. Please

the converter videos should be stored in your "temp" directories.

... Plug in your usb ( chocolate into your PC ) click "open files"
click VIDEOS....

Go into your temp directory and drag that video into the "video" folder.

i plugged it in but nothing shows up, i also went to sync music, but there is no video file.what am i doing wrong

It should show up, try un-installing and re-installing the disk that came with the phone.

The chocolate phone can only play 3gp and other types of videos on your phone.

i just bought a sd card reader, and i'm able to get videos yay! but all i need now is a video converter that converts the whole video instead of 50 % and etc.
