Hello I got a new chocolate KG800. But there is something wrong with it. Everytime I want to switch off it, (press the switch off button in the right side), it automatically restart. Furthermore, the first time it's charged, I spent whole night, but the screen stiil display "charging" Please help me Thank you | ||||||

this sounds like a hardware problem. I would either try reprogramming it or take it back to where you bought it and try and get it replaced under warrenty | |||||
