KG800 (White Screen)

The screen on my Chocolate KG800 is white. Turning it on and off doesn't help. Is there a way to solve this problem or is the phone irrepairable?

Mine just did the same thing and they told me it was a software problem. They tryed to update the flash but it didn't help.
