Text message problem.

Hey hopefully someone here can help with this. I went to Rogers (my carrier) and they couldnt do a thing to help me.

Anyway my phone just decided to stop recieveing text messages. I can send them and do everything else on my phone I just cant get them. I turned my phone on and off numerous times and took the battery out still doesnt work. However out of the blue I just got like 6 messages from about 3 days ago. So I thought it fixed it self so I got a friend to send one however it didnt work again, so I guess i should be expecting that one next week sometime. Anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it? Thanks.
