Common problems with chocolate?

Hello, I currently have a razr v3xx and I can't stand this phone. It has so many problems (as does everyone else with a razr it seems), and I was wondering if the chocolate has common problems or is it a relatively well made phone and worth buying?

I got mine today, seems good! The slider wears out a little bit, and you have to get used to touch buttons, I bought a crystal clear case off ebay for like 3$, makes the phone a little bigger, but no scratches on the phone and if its white keeps it clean from dirty hands, only down ive found is no memory card insert...im trying to find a way to fix that

Do not get the chocolate! I've had this phone for a few moths now, and it has some glitches. First, sometimes when you are trying to watch videos, the screen freezes up and you have to reset the phone. Just a few minutes ago i was charging my phone, when it did the whole screen freeze thing. I took out the battery, as usual, only when i turned it back on the screen said "ftm mode" and i lost all of my contacts, data, everything!!! My phone went back to the exact way it was right when it came out of the box. One kinda cool thing is the menu color coresponds to the color of your phone (my phone is red) and now i have a blue menu. i tried re-activating my phone, only now it says service required and i cant do anything. DO NOT GET A CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!:flamema d:

Thanks for the heads up! Is this a common problem? Any others want to chime in with their experiences?
