Talking Caller ID
Is this option possible? if so how do i turn this on I can't find it any where...

It does exist...

Go to Settings and Tools---Tools---Voice Commands---Options---Caller ID...follow those steps...it may be a little different for your phone...it's available.

I haven't yet found any such toll and the suggestion you gave to do from Tools ids not working in my phone really.

There is no "Options" under Voice Commands on my phone.
