lg tg800 got no signal problem. PLEASE HELP.

hi. here is my problem with my fido lg tg800. i put my fido simcard in the phone and turn it on but i got no signal and it said no service on the screen and the simcard works with my other phone without any problem. I try it with other simcard and have the same problem. I even try unlock my lg tg800 and still it does the same thing.
If anyone out there have the same problem or know how to fix it. please let me know.
