Dare reboots itself

I have had at least 3 or 4 LG Dare phones since my original one I bought last year. Each one had issues and had to be replaced. Some issues were different and some were the same with each phone. One issue that most of them had was that the phone would reboot anytime without warning. Sometimes it will do it several times a day and sometimes it won't do it for a week.

I brought it into Verizon last month and they updated the software and said it would fix the reboot issue....Guess what? It didn't. Not to my surprise. My Husband has the same phone and so do a few other people I know and no one has this issue. I am starting to think that it has to do with one of the applications that I use which is Yahoo IM. I always have issues with this application. It will freeze up, and the screen goes crazy if a text msg comes in while I am using the IM. At this point the phone is usually frozen and I have to remove the battery.

Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks

Re: Dare reboots itself

Yeah....I failed to search on my previous posts I was at work and just wanted to type it up because I had a few free minutes..... After I had the thought about the Yahoo IM application, I figured maybe I was on to something. Hopefully someone will chime in with the same issue.
