Question regarding bitpim and SMS

I used bitpim to retrieve all of my SMS messages off of my phone, and it worked like a charm.

But my question is... is there a way to copy all of these messages, and transfer to something like MS Word?

I already sorted them by date/time, and when I try and copy them it won't do anything.

I can click on them all individually, and click on the notes on the right hand side, and copy that, but it doesn't have the message date/time or sender with it.
I don't want to have to type out all the dates and times seperately
