shut my LG Dare alarm off

How do I shut my alarm off once it activates: I have three daily alarms set.

What do you mean by "shut off" ?? When it rings to alert you, then you press "DISMISS" to acknowledge that you received it, then the alarm should not go off until the next day. If you click on "SNOOZE" when the alarm goes off, it will go off again in a few mins. Are you clicking on SNOOZE or DISMISS?? .. can you elaborate?

So after you press DISMISS, you're saying the the Alarm rings again? How long after?

yeah, it's different depending on if it's an actual alarm, or a calendar event. if it's an alarm, pressing the snooze button will just turn it off until it will come on again in five minutes.

OK .. then I'm confused what his issue is ... Are we taliing Calendar or ALARM ?? He said he had 3 ALARMS set .... When I "DISMISS" an ALARM Event on my Dare, it's gone - and only sounds again if I have a repeat event ... like next day...
