Transfer Mac itunes and Limewire songs to Dare

My computer is a Mac. How do I transfer my itunes to Dare? A few of them are Limewire songs. I am not very tech savvy. I was told at the store I could use my phone with a Mac and I'm pretty frustrated. Any help would be so much appreciated. Thank you!

Open iTunes and your phone on the computer (go to videos).
then just drag and drop the music from iTunes to your phone.

Not all of the sons will work (not sure why) but many of them should.
