Can't recieve PIX msgs Verizon enV

Hey, I just bought a verizon enV LG-VX9900-G phone and I upgraded my service plan to include unlimited TXT messages and PIX messages. I can send PIX messages no problem, but it won't let me receive PIX messages at all. Is there something I have to enable or something? Also.. dos this phone enable custom ringtones??
