LG enV & Date Charge ? Help Please

sooo i got a LG ENV for christmas but since i got it,i keep getting charged $1.99 a month for a data charge for 1 Megabyte. i bought the 50 cent cd and i got the free ringtone for I GET MONEY sent to my phone and i found a website to get free ringtones. but im still clueless to Why im getting charged 1.99 a month for data cause i have the Unlimited Txt/Pic/Videos plan. i called customer service for Verizon and the rep went to my billin statement and looked and seen i have like 6 instances where i used .1 or .4 or . whatever Kilobytes and told me that at the end of the month,even if you dont use a full Megabye it just rounds it off to 1 Megabyte and that charge is 1.99....she told me it looks like im just logging in and exiting out of GET IT NOW apps. does anyone think this could have anything to do with the ringtone i got ? i had another one sent to my phone today, and the lady told me that im at .8 kilos right now...at what .kilo does it turn to megabyte ? i dont know,just need a lil help,has anyone else had this problem ?

The unlimited txt/pics has nothing to do with data transfer. So yes, if you downloaded a ringtone from a website on your phone then that is why you see the charge.

But why would he continue to get charged every month if he downloaded once?
