Transfer .mid files from my PC to LG enV via Bluetooth

I searched for a response to my question, but could not find the answer.

I am trying to transfer .mid ringtones to my new LG EVN (Verizon) phone via bluetooth. Looks like the transfer is trying to go as a contact and not a ringtone.

I did find a work around that will let me send only 1 file at at time to the My Sounds folder, but it requires several steps. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, is it possible to use "My Sounds" as a contact ringtone?
