env mp3 question

Is there a way to put a complete mp3 album on the memory card & listen to it it on the 9900. The only thing I've figured out how to do is to put individual songs on the card, but I'd like to listen to a complete cd.

you could just create a new playlist and move the individual songs from the card to the playlist in the order they appear on the cd. Give the playlist the same name as the cd and there you go! I don't know of any way to put the entire cd on your phone the way you described but this way should be an easy solution.

First you need to put music on your Micro SD card in the My_music folder. Then go to My Music in your phone...

menu>get it now>music and tones> my music

Access the songs you put on your card by selecting Songs. Select the songs one by one and press the soft key under options. Choose to Move Song from the sd card to your phone's memory. When you do that with all your songs you then go back to the options menu for each song and selct Add to playlist. There you go. your very own playlist.

Thanks for the info phones! But i figured out an easier way to listen to a whole album! Dump all the songs from your selected album into "my_music". In phone, select menu, get it now, music & tones, my music. the player opens to "music library". select "artists", then type in the name of the artist & select that artist from the list by clicking "ok" choose album with "ok" & player opens & plays album!!! WHOHOO!!!

Assuming that the songs that people put on a playlist, like mine, would come form a variety of artists, it would take a little extra effort to create than simply adding an album (unless that album is already a mix).
