ENVY battery question/help?

Envy battery question

My daughter dropped her Envy in the toilet. We dried it nout for a few weeks and now, when we put her friends envy battery in it, IT WORKS! So..we found a battery for Envy phones at Radio Shack and purchased it and when we put it in the phoneng., we got a weird response about it not working or something. I took the phone to radio schack along witht the new batt. Thenguy nsaid that envy batteries ONLY work. Not radio shack batteries? He said there may be a password code or something I can find online to override the settings? I have no clue!...Please Help

i had a bad battery with my env...goto a verizon store and get an actual LG battery, they are around 30 dollars, i think....should work fine for you
