LG envy owner who cannot access mobile AIM anymore!

I have an LG envy and I used to be able to access AIM just fine until one day- a very long time ago- I could not access it anymore. I just re-programed my phone and am still having an issue. What do should I do now besides take it to the verizon kiosk? What kinds of trouble shooting can be done here? Please help me out! Basically what happens is that every time I try to get on AIM it times out.

I solved the problem myself! lol I was using my email pw instead of my aim pw! Silly me!
