I recently had to order a replacement enV. I had this same problem with my other one also. I have mp3 ringtones and I can set them as the main ringer, but when someone calls me I can not hear the ringtone at all. The volume is as loud as it will go. It happened with my other phone but somehow they just started playing...So if you know a solution please help.
