LG 9100 Keybo help

I have a LG 9100 Keybo through Telus and I am having trouble putting ringtones onto the phone. I used the BitPim program, but I can't see to figure it out. Nothing comes up even when I select the enV2 or w.e, I tried following the other thread but couldn't get it.

Can someone give me help please?

I got BitPim to add the stuff to my phone, and then my phone reboots but nothing comes up in my ringtones?
