Video Resolution

Hi, I was wondering what video resolution I could use as a background for my enV3. The phone says it can film up to 320x240 but when I try to upload a video that size it says the resolution is too big. I currently have a video on it but it doesn't fill up the screen. Aslo, anyone know any good 3GP converters?
