LG enV Touch support symbian files?

i have an LG enV Touch phone. does is support symbian files? if so, how do i install?

NO Symbian, NO JAVA...

It is an BREW / Qualcomm handset. Installable files looks like this:

Code:

App.MIF
App.MOD
App.BAR

But you need valid SIGnature file "App.SIG".
