LG ENv Touch Screen Doesn't Work

I have an LG Env touch screen phone. I charged it up last evening and now today the touch screen part of the phone does not work. The keypad portion of the phone does work, however there is no touch screen feature.

I took the battery out several times - took the battery out and put the charger in. Nothing seems to work.

Is the touch screen portion of the phone gone or is there some sort of restore feature that will restore the touch screen.

I'm thinking that it is more of a Phone screen malfunction. try leaving the battery out for a few hours. then if it doesn't work, go to your carrier (If you are still in range of the Warranty )
